Any personal information collected via this website is used for ordering purposes only. RubberTracks will not release any personal information to third parties for any reason, unless expressly approved by you in writing.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is only applied to orders that will ship to or picked up in Indiana.

Shipping
Most of our products ship next day or same day. In cases where items will not ship in a timely manner, you will be notified within 24-48 hours. If you would like to arrange your own shipping please feel free to do so. Certain products require minimums to qualify for free shipping, make sure to check the details of each product before you purchase.

Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Check by fax or money order payments may also be accepted. Please inform your customer service representative regarding your preferred method of payment.  All payment information is DESTROYED after purchase.  

Cancellations
If you decide to cancel an order, its best to do so before it ships out.  Call us immediately if you decide to cancel an order, we will follow up with you by e-mail with a cancellation number.  If the order has shipped out, it will be treated as a return with the customer responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping charges.  Orders can only be canceled Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.

Freight Damage
All merchandise ships directly from our warehouse. Damaged merchandise will be replaced at our discretion. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect ALL shipments received from RubberTracks.  Claims for damage or shortages must be made upon receipt of product.  Do not install defective product, use constitutes acceptance.   If any merchandise is found damaged upon receipt from the freight company, simply refuse the shipment or mark the delivery carriers paperwork and store the damaged product until claim is resolved.. If your order is shipped via FedEx or UPS, any freight claims must be filed directly with the carrier within 24 hours prior to calling us for replacement merchandise.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
RubberTracks carefully inspect all products when they arrive at our warehouse from the manufacturer and we carefully inspect the products before we ship them to you. It is very important for you to inspect the merchandise when the delivery truck arrives.  If you see any damage to the product, make sure you note this on the shipping manifest.  This is extremely important since claims can be denied if damage is not reported at the time of delivery.

If you think you have a manufacturing defect, please call our office during normal business hours to report it.  We will ask for pictures showing the problems that you are describing.

Pricing
Prices are subject to change at any time. Pricing errors can occasionally occur at checkout due to computer errors. We are not responsible for these pricing errors and you will be notified of any discrepancies when a customer service representative contacts you regarding your quote.  PRICES REFLECT ANY ADVERTISED PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNTS.  From time to time discount coupon codes may be used to get further discounts.

Returns
At RubberTracks we work hard to provide the best customer service in the industry.  If you have merchandise that you want to return to us, please read the following which should provide all the information you should need.
You are responsible for all freight charges both inbound and outbound.  If merchandise was delivered during our FREE FREIGHT promotion, customer will be responsible for delivered freight.  All returns must be received by us within 30 days of the original order.  Special order products is not able to be returned.

If you received the wrong merchandise, send us an e-mail at orders@mojorubbertracks.com and include a picture of the item showing the labels on the cartons.  We will correct the problem immediately.

Legal

You agree that any legal issues that may arise are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and any legal proceedings that may occur will be in Central Indiana. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts, tribunals, agencies and other dispute resolution organizations in Indianapolis, Indiana in  all disputes (a) arising out of, relating to, or concerning  matters involving Vega Flooring, Mojo Rubber Tracks, Ant Fuel LLC or any affiliate sites owned or operated by Ant Fuel LLC.  This includes chargebacks or payment disputes which Ant Fuel LLC has the right to collect funds taken back through merchant services provided policies where followed.
